How long is the delivery time?

Orders are usually processed and handed to the carrier within 24 hours. Orders placed on a Friday or public holiday may take 72–96 hours. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 3–7 days within Spain and 7–15 days to other European destinations. Processing time is additional to these delivery estimates. Customs checks, where applicable, can add approximately 3–5 days to transit time. See our Shipping Policy for details.

My order is missing, can you help me?

Yes, there is always sufficient information included with the product to ensure that you can use it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as PayPal. Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and local payment methods may also be available depending on your country, device and eligibility. The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout.

I have a discount coupon, how do I use it?

To use your discount coupon, simply enter the coupon code at the time of checkout and the discount will be processed.
